Tom Lydon joined J.P. Morgan in 2019 and is the Head of Non-Bank Financial Institutions (NBFI) Sales for Payments in Asia Pacific as well as the Head of Payments for Financial Institutions (FIG) for Australia & New Zealand.

Based in Melbourne, Tom is responsible for driving the Payments strategy for all Non-Bank Financial Institutions sales teams across the Asia Pacific focusing on Asset Gatherers, Insurance, Card Processing and E-Commerce clients as well as driving sales strategy in Payments products across both Non-Bank Financial Institutions (NBFI) and Financial Institutions (FI) including Banks and Broker Dealers in Australia & New Zealand.

Tom previously worked for National Australia Bank (NAB) where he spent four years as Director of Corporate Institutional FIG Funds in Australia and Singapore covering superannuation, real money and wealth companies.

Prior to that, Tom served in Deutsche Bank Singapore as Head of Asia Strategic Relationship Management and Client Business Services for six years.

Earlier in his career, he held various leadership roles across product, business development and relationship management positions in Barclays Capital, Merrill Lynch London and Royal Bank of Scotland, London.
