Atsuko joined ipet Insurance in October 2017 and has been serving as the CEO and Representative Director of ipet Insurance and ipet Holdings, Inc. since June 2021. In April 2023, she was additionally appointed as an Executive Officer of the parent company, Dai-ichi Life Holdings, Inc. With expertise in general affairs, legal affairs, public relations, investor relations, and business planning, Atsuko aims to promote the pet insurance business and create a society where pets and people can live happily and healthily together.

2017年10月 アイペット損害保険へ入社。総務部長、経営企画部長として総務、法務、広報、IR 、経営企画などを担当し、 2020年4月に執行役員就任、 2021年6月より代表取締役を務める。
同時にアイペットホールディングス代表取締役 CEO 兼務。
2023年4月からは、親会社となった第一生命ホールディングスの執行役員も兼務。
ペット保険事業の推進を通じて、ペットと人とが共に健やかに暮らせる社会をつくることを目指す。
