Calvin Ng is Executive Director and Alternate Chief Executive at ZA Bank, Hong Kong’s first virtual bank established by ZA International, the international arm of ZhongAn Online P&C Insurance Co., Ltd. (HKEX Stock code: 6060).

As one of the founding members of ZA Bank, Calvin has contributed his broad banking experience in formulating the innovation and digital strategy and product roadmap, as well as enhancing customer journeys, to the development of the bank. He played a key role in the bank’s major milestones, from licence application, official launch, to growing as a leading Hong Kong virtual bank in terms of personal deposits and loan balance with over 600,000 users today. Calvin currently manages the retail business for the bank, including strategic planning, product roadmap and go-to-market strategies.

Prior to joining ZA Bank in 2018, Calvin spent 11 years at DBS Bank (Hong Kong) with extensive experience across digital banking, credit card, payment and marketing.
