Dinh serves as a strategic advisor and counsel to Rob and the leadership team. He is a member of the executive committee, and helps drive strategic planning and execution across the company. Dinh joined from MetLife, where he most recently was Chief of Staff to the CEO of MetLife Japan in Tokyo. He has experience working in both the private and public sectors across the United States and Asia, having held senior policy positions in the U.S. Government at the White House and the Pentagon.
