I am Dr Kriti Mishra, working with Prudential Assurance Company Singapore as Senior Medical Underwriting Officer and heading HNW Underwriting. At PACS I’m responsible for driving underwriting excellence for different customer segments across the Life, Health and Group Business. This includes developing programmes related to underwriting education, working across disciplines to drive thought leadership in underwriting, leading and supporting both local and regional Strategic Projects.

I’ve more than 15 years of experience in underwriting, training and audit in various Asian markets and have successfully managed many customer-centric underwriting initiatives. I joined PACS from Swiss Re Shared Services, Bangalore, India, where I was underwriting for the HNW segment across Southeast Asia and Hong Kong markets. I’ve also conducted trainings on various underwriting aspects both within and outside Swiss Re.

Apart from work, I enjoy travelling and have taken numerous solo trips across India and SEA. I’m also a qualified psychology counsellor.
