As a Senior Associate at Openspace Ventures, Juancho sources investment opportunities and oversees the firm's portfolio companies in the Philippines.

Before joining, he was an Associate at Primeiro Partners, a leading independent investment bank in the Philippines, where he advised clients in the real estate, technology, agriculture and financial services sectors. He was also previously a part-time faculty member at the Finance & Accounting Department of the John Gokongwei School of Management at the Ateneo de Manila University.

Juancho holds a BS Management Engineering from the Ateneo de Manila University (graduated cum laude) and passed all three levels of the CFA exam.
