Mr K V Dipu is Senior President at Bajaj Allianz General Insurance Company, a joint venture of the Bajaj group & Allianz. He drives digital transformation, innovation, and industry leadership as the head of operations and customer service @ the world’s #8 digital insurer. Mr Dipu leverages start-ups from fintech/insurtech globally while leading a team of ~1600 people in 150 locations.

Many of his accomplishments have received industry awards & press coverage – India’s Top 20 Conversational AI Leaders 2021, Global 25 CX Leaders of the Year consecutively for 2 years (2020 and 2021), 50 Fabulous Innovative Leaders 2020, India's Top 30 Emerging Tech Leaders 2020 et al.

A management graduate from the Indian Institute of Management Lucknow (IIM Lucknow), he joined Bajaj Allianz GIC in 2016 after a stellar career of nearly 20 years with GE Capital. During Mr Dipu’s distinguished career spanning over 26 years, his forte has been combining digital transformation with deep domain expertise & six sigma rigor to redesign the business model for operational excellence and customer delight. Bajaj Allianz GIC has thrice been awarded “Digital Insurer of the Year” across Asia.

Mr Dipu is a certified lean six sigma black belt and a member of the Harvard Business Review Advisory Council, an opt-in research group of business professionals. Mr Dipu is also an IvyExec mentor & a member of various global committees such as EFMA editorial committee, UiPath Customer Advisory Board, Pioneers of Automation Board, CII Committee on Financial Inclusion & Fintech, Worldwide Thinktank on Advancing Practical AI et al.
