Lapman Lee is a Professor of Practice in ESG, FinTech/ InsurTech, Governance at the Hong Kong Polytechnic University, where he is a convenor of its Sustainable Finance Center of Excellence and its new Master in ESG and Sustainability program. 

He advises Boards on climate change governance and risk management, net zero strategy, and operationalizing ESG as Willis Towers Watson’s APAC Climate and ESG practice leader.

Lapman is active in his industry roles as Board Member of the Hong Kong FinTech Association, where he founded and currently oversees the InsurTech Committee and international collaboration with the Malaysia and other FinTech Associations. He is also the Vice Chairperson of the British Chamber of Commerce.
