Nathan is a seasoned management consultant, with expertise in corporate strategy and M&A.

He is currently serving as a director under Group Strategy & Corporate Transaction at AIA Group, based in Hong Kong. He led corporate strategy formulation, as well as organic and inorganic growth through M&A.

His prior stints include advising executives as a management consultant at McKinsey & Company, BCG, and Deloitte. With notable achievements such as advising Blackstone on acquisition of Takeda Alinamin (over-the-counter medicine business).

He has a deep passion in the intersection of tech, healthcare, and social welfare, with tech-enabled quality healthcare proliferation across developing regions being his primary interest.

Nathan has a MBA from University of Cambridge.
