Peta Latimer is President of Mercer Asia. She is accountable for the performance, as well as the practice and portfolio strategy, of the firm across 11 markets in Asia. In addition, Peta is responsible for fostering greater collaboration across all four businesses under Marsh McLennan: Mercer, Marsh, Guy Carpenter and Oliver Wyman, to support clients in the region with their evolving Health, Wealth and Career needs.

Before being named President of Mercer Asia, Peta served as CEO of Mercer Singapore and Chair of Marsh McLennan Singapore. As Chair, she was responsible for driving internal synergies between the four businesses and optimizing Marsh McLennan’s overall portfolio of risk, strategy and people capabilities for greater market impact. Prior to joining Marsh McLennan, Peta held various leadership roles at KMPG, IBM and Kenexa.

Outside of Marsh McLennan, Peta is a board member of WorkWell Leaders, an ambassador for she1K’s chiefX angel investment syndicate and an active member of Women Corporate Directors.

Peta has a Masters in Organizational Psychology from Birkbeck, University of London, UK and a Bachelor of Commerce from The University of Sydney, Australia. She has also completed the Singapore Management University’s Business & Industry Insights executive education program.

With extensive experience in advising multinational companies on change and workforce transformation, Peta is passionate about making a difference and always seeks to drive high performance through people in an authentic and sustainable way. This stems from her background in organizational psychology and experiences of living in many different parts of the world.
