Roselyn has over 19 years of experience having started her career in 2004 at Morgan Stanley in Mumbai in investment banking - financial institutions group, specializing in M&A and Capital Markets fund raising – covering origination & execution for India, Europe & SEA financial institutions over time. She also worked briefly at their Dubai office where she was part of the founding team. She worked at JM Financial equity & debt capital markets and subsequently with Standard Chartered Bank, being involved in coverage of banks & Insurance companies in India to originate and execute private & public fund raising for corporates.

She joined SBI Life Insurance in Mumbai in 2015 as Head of Planning & Budgeting and was a part of the core team responsible for the company’s public listing on the Indian Stock Exchanges in 2017. Subsequently in 2018, she moved to BNP Paribas Cardif, BNP Paribas Group’s insurance arm in Paris to be part of the global M&A team covering 33 countries where Cardif is present. Since 2022 she has been involved in finding Alternative Growth Opportunities for Cardif as part of the corporate venture initiative to invest in innovative insuretechs to fuel Cardif’s innovative growth. She is also on the Boards of Indian companies as an Independent director since 2015.

Roselyn is a graduate of Commerce from the Mumbai University, a Chartered Accountant and has done CFA, USA.
