Sarathy Srinivas is a microinsurance explorer who has spent the last decade and a half traversing the underinsured markets, designing and delivering innovative digital protection solutions for the underserved. Sarathy currently leads Strategy & Distribution at WRMS (Weather Risk Management Services), a leading climate and agriculture risk management insurtech based in India. At WRMS, he is currently focused on collaboratively introducing and scaling parametric insurance solutions to a range of markets, from Honduras to Fiji. Sarathy was previously SVP – Strategic Partnerships & Innovation at MIC Global, a global reinsurer and Lloyd’s Syndicate.
