Shawn Lau, MBA, is General Manager Southeast Asia, at IXT by OneDegree. He oversees the business development and partners&#39 engagements in the region. His passion is in working with businesses to build up their core capabilities for future digital readiness. Prior to joining IXT, he was leading the digital solutions team for Swiss Re and he was also one of the core founding members, heading up the regional commercial team for Grab&#39s insurance vertical, where the team leveraged on technology and data to come up with industry-first digital insurance solutions in addressing the insurance gap across Southeast Asia.
