Sue is AVP of Asia Distribution, MetLife Asia. Based in Singapore, she drives Digital Distribution Excellence improving distribution capabilities via digital transformation and agent digital experience management.

With +20 years of professional career, Sue has worked at various insurance companies both of Life and P&C in different geographic areas of Asia. She headed Digital Strategy Department at Tokio Marine Asia working with 9 markets for strategy development and execution. From 2016 to 2018, Sue was based in Hong Kong working at AXA Asia driving Customer Experience programs for 14 Life and P&C entities. Prior to that, she held multiple responsibilities at AIG Korea for 11 years; Head of Digital, Head of Direct sales & marketing, and so on.
