Suguru is a Fellow of the Institute of Actuaries of Japan, Associate of the Society of Actuaries, Certified Specialist in Predictive Analytics, and Chartered Enterprise Risk Actuary, with over ten years of actuarial experience, both in life and non-life insurance.
He joined Akur8 as an Actuarial Data Scientist in Tokyo in 2023 to support actuaries and pricing teams, thus helping them to make faster and smoother decisions thanks to Akur8’s transparent machine learning technology.
