Taffy Jo joined WTW joined Insurance Consulting and Technology (ICT) Business of WTW in July 2022. She is WTW’s Global Proposition Lead for Commercial and Specialty P&C Insurance. Taffy Jo is responsible for driving WTW’s increased focus on growth across aspects of product, pricing, claims and underwriting for commercial and specialty P&C carriers from a software and consulting perspective.
