Jason is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the insurtech and insurance sectors. As the Director of Insurance Exchange at bolttech, he drives growth across our product lines and sectors in Asia.

With a strong background in digital transformation and strategic leadership, Jason has held senior roles in various high-impact organisations. He was previously the Chief Operating Officer at an insurtech startup focusing on health insurance, and Senior Vice President at MediTrust Health, an InsurTech unicorn in China. He also played a key role in building one of China’s largest InsurTech platforms at WeSure, a Tencent subsidiary.

Jason has extensive experience in business strategy, IT transformation, and product development, which has allowed him to lead teams in delivering innovative solutions and creating impactful growth in both startup and established environments.
