Alok Bansal is the Executive Vice Chairman, PB Fintech Limited that owns India&rsquos leading insurtech brand Policybazaar.com &amp leading lending marketplace Paisabazaar.com. He leads the inorganic growth and investment opportunities for the Company and the Group as a whole along with Investor Relations. He has recently led the company to a very successful public listing and is now setting up the Corporate Development function for the group. According to him, the success of any business lies in working with a team with different mindsets, allowing them the flexibility and freedom to experiment, innovate and contribute. Alok&rsquos core strengths lie in strategic thinking, process control, and execution. Prior to joining PolicyBazaar.com, Alok has worked in various cross-functional roles with Mahindra &amp Mahindra and GE. He was recognized as one of the top 100 CFOs in the country by the CFO India Magazine in 2016. He holds an MBA from IIM Calcutta and spends free time reading or traveling. Alok has a special interest in science and technology, economic empowerment, education and civil rights.
