Andrew Yeo is the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) at Income Insurance Limited (Income Insurance), one of the leading composite insurers in Singapore.

A seasoned professional in the industry, Andrew is passionate about and driven to realise the potential of insurance to improve social mobility and the financial well-being of individuals, communities and businesses. Andrew advocates collaborative and synergistic efforts within Income Insurance and with ecosystem stakeholders to constantly challenge the status quo of insurance, transforming it to become a powerful tool to build future resilience and financial sustainability in Singapore and across the region.

Under Andrew’s stewardship, Income Insurance has gained a reputation as being an innovative and digitally driven insurer that is reimagining how insurance is offered and purchased to close protection gaps. He believes that the future of insurance lies in offering coverage at the right time and in the right way, and a customer experience that is personalised, seamless and empowering.

Prior to his appointment as CEO at Income Insurance in June 2019, Andrew was the General Manager of Life & Health Insurance at Income Insurance, and has previously held key leadership roles in Singapore, Indonesia, Hong Kong and Vietnam with AIA, Mercer, Great Eastern and Prudential. His business experience cuts across diverse disciplines which range from distribution, business development and operations to using information technology, data analytics and customer insights for business decision making.

Leveraging his industry know-how and tapping his rich local and regional experiences, Andrew is adept at driving business growth by seamlessly and effectively integrating distribution with other business components such as analytics, marketing, product development and operations.

Andrew holds a Bachelor of Engineering (First Class Honours) from the University of Glasgow and a Graduate Diploma in Business Administration from the Singapore Institute of Management. He is also a fellow at the Life Management Institute, as well as, a member of both Management Committees of the Life Insurance Association Singapore and the General Insurance Association of Singapore.

Andrew has been on the Board of Directors the International Cooperative and Mutual Insurance Federation (ICMIF) since 2019, a long established and unique global organisation representing cooperative and mutual insurers from around the world.

Andrew is married with two young children and enjoys travelling and the outdoors in his spare time
