He drive customer-led digital journey by bringing next generation solutions for customers, employees & distributors covering culture, innovation & digital maturity. Before joining Zurich Insurance, he was the Indonesia Country Manager of Hearti, a Singapore-based insurtech start-up and co-founder of PT. Okapito Teknologi Indonesia, an IT Solution & Consultancy firm specializing in Human Resource Information System, and System Automation. Previously, Benny was the Project Manager with BNP Paribas Wealth Management Asia, responsible for managing regional strategic projects across Asia with experience working in Singapore, India, Hong Kong and Indonesia.
