Chang Li
Joined Nippon Life Insurance Company in 2025. Before joining Nippon Life, she built the insurtech ecosystem to connect Japan and other global insurtech hubs in Plug and Play Japan as VP of Insurtech/Fintech and experienced investment investigation, cross-border M&A and profit management in a major life insurance company in Japan. Led investment in Frich in 2019. Graduated from Ritsumeikan Asia Pacific University (BBA, 2012), The University of Hong Kong (MBA, 2018).
2025年4月、日本生命イノベーション開発室所属で入社。同社以前はPlug and Play JapanでInsurtech/Fintech部門VPを務め、黎明期である日本国内のInsurTech、Fintechエコシステム構築に貢献してきた。
香港大学(コロンビアビジネススクールコース)MBA在学中InsurtechスタートアップSureifyの日本進出をサポート。その他、株式会社hokanエグゼクティブアドバイザー、FinCity Tokyoアンバサダー、ITC Japan 2025アドバイザーを務める。
新卒で明治安田生命に入社し、資産運用、クロースボーダーM&A(ニューヨーク)、事業費管理業務を経験。
