Dhyanesh is the Co-Founder & Group CEO at Gramcover, a rural focussed insuretech with a motto of “De-Risking Rural India”. GramCover engages with various insurers, reinsurers and relevant rural organizations as well as its Point of Sale partners to co-create and distribute insurance products that are easy to understand, easy to service and appropriately priced for the rural population.

With more than 18 years of experience across corporate, rural and government insurance programmes, Dhyanesh has worked with multiple stakeholders including the central and various state governments, corporates, financial institutions and technology providers to create scalable and sustainable insurance solutions across sectors.

Prior to Gramcover, Dhyanesh was associated with ICICI Lombard. He is also the alumnus of Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad. Beyond work, Dhyanesh is passionate about marking a difference within the rural ecosystem, healthcare and issues of climate change.
