Graeme leads Climate & Sustainability Consulting across Asia within Marsh Advisory. In this role, he supports our clients analyze and prepare for the risks emerging from their sustainability transformation and create more resilient assets, value chains, and strategies and has delivered ESG and climate-related risk projects across the region and a range of industries

Before joining Marsh Advisory he led research into climate-related and emerging risks for our parent company Marsh McLennan and managed our relationships with high-level organisations including the WEF on global risk issues and was an author of the Global Risks Report.

Graeme was also a climate risk and resilience consultant with the World Bank supporting the integration of climate change into risk management strategies. He has held a range of academic positions and consulted to public and private entities on ESG and climate risks across Asia Pacific including financial services, power utilities and logistics companies

He has published extensively on the use of scenario analysis for climate risk assessment, been an invited speaker at several financial services fora on TCFD requirements, been a member of several public-private initiatives to establish standards on climate reporting, and is a guest lecturer at NTU on risk management and ESG
