Ian joined ZhongAn Technologies International Group 6 years ago as Strategy Director and founding team member. He also supported ZA Insure conception through launch as Health Product Director. He then shifted full-time to ZA Tech Global with various roles with focus on Customer Success, Commercial and now leading the APAC region (ex JP and China).

Prior to ZA, lan was with Accenture Strategy for 7+ years, first based out of New York and later Singapore, advising multinational banking and insurance clients on digital strategy and business models.

lan has also worked in AlA's Group Strategy team driving digital strategy agendas with focus on health and wellness agendas across core health markets. Prior to careers in strategy, lan earned a masters of bioengineering, co-authored biomedical research papers and patented a stem cell delivery device.
