Ian Lee is EVP, Head of APAC at RD Technologies, where he leads strategic partnerships and the expansion of RD’s cross-border stablecoin payment network. He has over 17 years of experience across fintech, banking, insurance, and consulting, with a focus on building and scaling financial technology businesses across APAC and North America.

Prior to RD Technologies, Ian was CEO, APAC at Peak3, formerly ZA Tech Global, and held multiple leadership roles within ZA International Group and its affiliated companies. He helped build new businesses, products, and commercial functions, including the early development of RD Technologies as a ZA seed investment with HashKey. Earlier in his career, Ian advised financial services clients at Accenture Strategy, contributed to Accenture’s early blockchain thought leadership, and worked on digital health and wellness strategy at AIA Group. He began his career in biotech R&D and holds a Master’s in Bioengineering from the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor’s in Bioengineering from UC San Diego.
