Isamu joined Plug and Play Japan in 2020. He helps Japanese insurance companies and startups work together on innovation projects related to Insurtech, healthcare, and so on. Previously he worked at a Japanese non-life insurance company where he supported large corporations with risk management on overseas projects and managed domestic car dealers' insurance sales.

大学卒業後、2015年より国内大手損害保険会社にて法人営業、自動車販売店営業に従事。大企業の海外プロジェクトに係るリスクマネジメント提案や、自動車販売店の保険販売推進、成績管理等に携わる。2020年よりPlug and Play Japanに参画し、Insurtechチームの大企業窓口を担当。保険業界におけるイノベーション風土の醸成や、国内外スタートアップと保険会社の協業をサポートするととも、Plug and Play Japan全体の大企業向けサポート戦略や企画の立案、実行に従事。
