Mr.Izuru Yokotsuka graduated from Tokyo Institute of Technology, faculty of Social Engineering.
While in college, he founded a system development company and an educational company. At Dialog.inc, he was in charge of IT consulting and system development for the apparel, nursing care, and logistics industries. He also participated in the launch of a new SaaS service product for restaurants at Recruit Co., Ltd..
He joined hokan,Inc. in February 2018. He managed product development and development organization, and became Director and CTO in June 2019.

大学在学中にシステム開発会社、教育系会社を創業。ダイアログにて、アパレル、介護、物流業界等でITコンサルとシステム開発を担当、リクルートにて飲食店向けSaaSサービスの新規プロダクト立ち上げに参画。
2018年2月にhokanに参画し、プロダクト開発・開発組織のマネジメントを行い、2019年6月に取締役CTOに就任。
