Izuru Yokotsuka
東京工業大学社会工学部卒。
大学在学中にシステム開発会社、教育系会社を創業。ダイアログにて、アパレル、介護、物流業界等でITコンサルとシステム開発を担当、リクルートにて飲食店向けSaaSサービスの新規プロダクト立ち上げに参画。
2018年2月にhokanに参画し、プロダクト開発・開発組織のマネジメントを行い、2019年6月に取締役CTOに就任。2024年4月に取締役副社長CTOに就任後、事業部門と開発部門の連携強化に従事。2025年3月に代表取締役共同社長に就任後、2025年5月に代表取締役社長に就任。
Mr. Izuru Yokotsuka graduated from the Tokyo Institute of Technology, Faculty of Social Engineering. While at university, he founded a system-development company and an education company. At Dialog Inc., he led IT consulting and system-development projects for the apparel, nursing-care, and logistics sectors. He also contributed to the launch of a new SaaS product for the restaurant industry while at Recruit Co., Ltd.
He joined hokan in February 2018, where he oversaw product development and the development organization. He was appointed Director and CTO in June 2019, promoted to Executive Deputy President and CTO in April 2024, and named Co-CEO and Representative Director in March 2025. Since then, he has focused on strengthening collaboration between the business and development divisions. He was further appointed Representative Director and President in May 2025.
