James is a Technology & Transformation Executive Director and Distribution Leader at Deloitte Southeast Asia with more than 25 years of experience in the financial services industry. Prior to joining Deloitte, James has held various senior leadership positions within the insurance and banking sectors across Asia, Europe and the United States. James spearheaded the launch of the first AI insurance chatbot within the financial services industry in Singapore. This is the first self-learning AI chatbot in Singapore that is accessible to the public and supported an insurer’s agency sales and recruitment process.
