Nadia Suttikulpanich holds the position of Executive Vice President at Muang Thai Life Assurance (MTL), where she leads the company's Innovation Centre and Venture Capital arm, known as Fuchsia. Her role encompasses driving digital transformation in both product and services. For the past two years is also task with developing health and wellness fostering collaboration between for both insurance and related sectors, establishing a business framework to connect with relevant partners and implement sustainable solutions.

The Fuchsia team, through the Innovation Centre and Venture Capital, has successfully launched digital initiatives and services, as well as made investments in health technology startups worldwide, all aimed at enhancing the lives of customers. One of the key initiatives is the introduction of the first dynamic pricing health insurance plan, specifically designed to cover type 2 diabetes. This innovative approach ensures fair and tailored pricing for individuals with this condition.

Beyond her role at MTL, Nadia is actively involved in advancing Insurtech development. She serves on the Board and management committee of the Centre of Insurtech Thailand (CIT) under The Office of Insurance Commission (OIC). Additionally, she holds positions on the Board of MuangThai Rutnin that operates CareCover Clinic, and is a Committee member for Innovation and Research Promotion at The Thai Chamber of Commerce.
