Robert has 15 years&rsquo experience working in the insurance industry and joined Descartes Underwriting as the Head of Southeast Asia in August 2021, opening the Singapore office. Prior to Descartes Underwriting, Robert worked at Howden Specialty developing their retrocession business in Asia, and with WTW for over 7 years where he held positions in Singapore and Australia developing their global facultative reinsurance brand throughout the Asia Pacific region. Before moving to Australia, Robert also spent 6 years working in the London market.
