Shinichi Kishi
Shinichi KISHI is Fellow, Sustainability at Meiji Yasuda and is responsible for managing and developing the corporate strategy on SDGs/ESG. He also serves as a member of Sustainability Standards Advisory Council Japan.
Qualified as a U.S. Certified Public Accountant, Shinichi contributed his knowledge and experience to developing the IFRS for insurance contracts. He also worked within the secretariat of the International Association of Insurance Supervisors (IAIS) from 2006 to 2009.
Since 2021 he has been committed to sustainability management. He led Meiji Yasuda's A List designation in CDP's Climate Change Assessment since 2023. He made presentations on relevant issues at many occasions including IAIS Annual Conference 2023 as well as IFRS Integrated Thinking & Reporting Conference 2024.
