Sushmita Munshi is Chief Customer Officer of Chubb Life. She is responsible for strategizing our customer engagement and experience across the business globally, including lead performance marketing, distribution channel development and customer propostion.

Ms. Munshi has 20 years of experience in digital product development, customer experience and technology disciplines to power performance. Prior to joining Chubb, she held leadership positions at Manulife Financial Asia, HeathWallace, and Accenture. Prior to joining Chubb, Ms Munshi was Vice President for Digital Product & Partnerships at Manulife Financial Asia.

Ms. Munshi holds a Bachelor of Design from National Institute of Design Ahmedabad.
