23 years’ experience in the insurance industry, working with leading insurance organizations, consulting firms, tech companies and start-ups. For 10 years I have worked within multinational insurance companies, covering cross-functional roles with growing levels of responsibility in the underwriting and distribution departments. In the latest 13 years I have run a consulting business focusing on insurance value proposition and distribution innovation, working across several European countries (Italy, Ireland, UK and Czech Republic).

I currently run the Open and Embedded Insurance Observatory, a global market group of insurance, tech, and non-insurance brands involved in embedded insurance and open insurance. Among the members of the Observatory there are companies like WillisTowersWatson, Generali, Munich Re, Swiss Re, Ageas, MetLife, AWS, bolttech, and many others.
