Entry is free. Apply by 28 February 2027

Entries must demonstrate achievements in at least one Asia-Pacific market. 

The assessment period is 1 January 2025 to 31 December 2026. Projects and solutions may have started earlier, but the entry must focus on achievements and results within this period.  

Technology & Insurtech entries must include at least one live APAC client deployment with measurable results

Your entry starts on Judgify. 

1. Click Start Your Entry to open our awards platform. 
2. Create an account if this is your first time applying, or sign in to your existing account. 
3. Select your category. You can submit more than one entry. 
4. Complete the four questions for each entry and upload your supporting evidence. 

What? 
Describe the achievement, its scope and the organisation’s or individual’s role. 

Why? 
Explain the insurance challenge or opportunity and what made your approach distinctive. 

How? 
Describe the decisions, execution and challenges behind delivery. 

Results? 
Provide measurable outcomes, supporting evidence and the basis for continued value. 

All submissions must be in English. Clearly distinguish achieved results from forecasts, and explain the period, baseline and scope behind your figures. 

Up to five supporting files No larger than 2 MB each 

Accepted formats PDF, DOC, XLS, PPT, JPG and PNG 

No video Video submissions are not accepted 

Provide only material you are authorised to share. Obtain the necessary permissions for client information, partner contributions and individual nominations. Entries are not shared outside our judges. 

Submission period: 26 October 2026 - 28 February 2027. 
Entry is free. 

Before submitting through Judgify, check that your chosen category matches the achievement, your evidence supports your answers and your contact details are correct. 

Submit your entry by 28 February 2027. 

 

Winners will be informed privately once judging is complete, expected around mid-March 2027. Results must remain confidential until the Awards Gala Dinner. 

All winners will be required to purchase a Winner Package and attend the Gala Dinner. The package includes a minimum of three conference passes and Gala Dinner seats. 

Winners are informed of the judging result before purchasing the package. Sponsorship and payment do not influence judging.
