Is your strongest case your business or your breakthrough?
Business: enter Insurtech Rising Star. Breakthrough: enter Breakthrough Innovation.
Insurtech Rising Star
Recognises the most promising young insurtech business. Judges assess the whole company relative to its stage: the insurance need it addresses, early customer validation, commercial model and team.
Who should apply: Founders in their first years of trading with a working product and early traction, such as pilots, letters of intent or first customers. Your strongest case is the business you're building.
Breakthrough Innovation
Recognises the insurtech solution that most clearly improves on how insurance does things today. Judges assess the solution itself: its advantage over existing approaches and the evidence that proves it.
Who should apply: Insurtechs that can show, through testing, pilot or deployment results, that their product does something materially better, faster or cheaper than current alternatives, or makes something newly possible. Company size and stage matter less here.
