REGISTRATION (INTERNATIONAL)

All badge types for attendees are $899 if purchased on-site starting February 23.

Lunch is not provided at the event. You can grab lunch during the break at Toranomon Hills, find nearby restaurants here.

Local registration is available only for individuals residing in Japan. If you live outside of Japan, please register through our International registration page.

If you wish to attend only the ITC Agents event on 25 February, you may purchase the ITC Agents-only pass. Please note that for ITC Japan (25 - 26 Feb), single-day passes are not available—your ITC Japan pass will automatically include access to the ITC Agents event.

Cancellations made within 48 hours of receipt of the completed registration form will be eligible for a full refund. Cancellations received in writing more than two months prior to the start of the event will be refunded less a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellations received in writing less than two months before the start date of the event will receive no refund and registrants will be liable for payment of 100% of the invoiced amount. A substitute delegate can be named at any time before the event starts. No fees will be applied for this.
