Alex is an actuary with over 25 years of experience and is the CEO and founder of Actuaries OnTap, an actuarial consulting company with a team of over 60 actuaries. Alex is passionate about product innovation, and it has been a core focus for him throughout his career. Previously he was Asia MD of Pacific Life Re where he led a team of over 100 and helped to deliver creative propositions to insurers across the region. Before moving to Asia eleven years ago, Alex worked in the UK where product development was a key part of his roles at HSBC and Pacific Life Re.
