Allen is the Chief Risk Officer at Tokio Marine Asia.  He oversees the Actuarial and Risk Management function across the region, covering Actuarial Pricing and Reserving, as well as Qualitative and Quantitative Risk Management. Allen is a qualified Actuary holding various Appointed / Certifying Actuary positions and is the Head of Motor Center of Excellence.  He is also a Board member of Tokio Marine Safety Insurance (Thailand) and Iffco-Tokio General Insurance in India. Allen holds a Bachelor of Commerce – Actuarial Studies and Bachelor of Science (Statistics) degree from Macquarie University and has an EMBA from Singapore Management University.
