Aloysius leads the analytics team looking after Life/Health analytics work in regions in Asia. He is responsible for driving the development and implementation of innovative analytics solutions that enable better understanding of the insurance portfolio experiences to optimize business strategies. Prior to his current role, Aloysius served as the head of analytics at Gen Re Life Australia, where he was responsible for analytics work in Australia and New Zealand.

Aloysius is a Fellow of the Institute of Actuaries of Australia (FIAA) and a Chartered Enterprise Risk Actuary (CERA). He holds a Master's in Data Science from Harvard University, which he earned with a Financial Specialist Scholarship from the Institute of Banking and Finance (IBF) Singapore.
