He looks after sales & distribution, product strategy & development, partnership management, and digital transformation across 5 markets in Southeast Asia. Under his guidance, UOB Business Banking has introduced innovative insurance solutions with exceptional customer experience for its SME target audience. UOB is now offering Preventive Services Beyond Protection Solutions to further improve its coverage for customers. Outside of work, Ben is concurrently pursuing the Tsinghua-INSEAD Executive MBA program. He has more than 16 years of experience in the areas of insurance business development and sales management.
