Chris has been Chief Information Technology Officer of M&G plc since 2018, responsible for defining and delivering the Group's technology strategy and enabling the digital transformation of the business. Previously, Chris has over 20 years' experience in technology roles, including as CIO of BT Global Services, delivering technology and communications services to BT's 5,000 global business customers, and as CIO of Openreach Service Delivery, enabling the digital transformation of technology and services for more than 33 million customers in the UK.
