Mr. Howlett began his career at IBM in Australia in 1997, and for the last 20 years he has held technology leadership roles within the insurance industry in Europe and Japan, including at Manulife, AXA, Munich Re, and Orix. In 2021 he joined Aflac Life Insurance as Vice President, leading IT and Digital transformation.
