After working as an information program anchor for NHK Yamagata, she became freelance in 2004.
She has been active in a wide range of activities, including economic programs and event hosting. She has acquired many certifications related to her fields of interest, such as synapsology instructor, shochu advisor, and money management coach. Based on her own experiences, she is also active in giving lectures on the theme of “speaking is listening” and communication.
