Eve Fung is an experienced claims professional with over 20 years experiences. She first started her career in AIG as Management Associate, with last position held as Vice President, Regional Head of Travel Claims, APAC. Having worked in MetLife and QBE after AIG, she currently holds the position of Regional Head of Claims, Asia P&C for Assicurazioni Generali S.p.A.. She works in various areas including technical claims portfolio management, claims operations, claims compliance and quality assurance, claims transformation, project management etc, in both local and regional level, Life and General Insurance Companies. Key achievements include constantly over-achieving whole year claims technical initiatives saving, reengineering claims operation for financial savings, turning claims operation into paperless etc. She holds a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration and Bachelor Degree in Law.  

During her leisure time, she loves travelling and hiking. She has just returned from her trekking trip to Annapurna Base Camp in Nepal.
