Gautam Duggal, Managing Director, Global Head - Bancassurance at Standard Chartered Bank, is responsible for strategy, business and product development for the Bank.

He joined Standard Chartered in 2007 as the Regional Head of Bancassurance for MESA & Africa. A seasoned professional, Gautam has over 26 years of leadership experience across insurance, banking and finance, hospitality, service and marketing, with expertise in P&L growth, and launching new businesses. He has held various positions in institutions such as Radisson Hospitality, ExxonMobil, ICICI Lombard General Insurance Co Ltd and ABN AMRO Bank.

Gautam holds a Bachelor of Arts from Delhi University & Masters in Hotel Management. He is an Alumnus of London Business School, UK and also Singapore Management University (SMU).

Gautam is married, with two daughters, and loves spending his spare time going out travelling with them.
