Gavon “Austin” Renfroe serves as Chief Executive Officer of RENFROE®️, an insurance services company with tens of thousands of employees across the U.S. that provides staffing and technology solutions to the insurance industry.  He is also an accomplished polymath: entrepreneur, engineer, IP attorney, and investor, and holds patents on AI-driven inventory management systems.  He serves in an advisory or board member capacity to several companies and VCs and sits on the board of the University of Texas McCombs Center for Global Business.

Austin studied computer engineering and mathematics at the University of Texas at Austin, focusing on artificial intelligence and cryptography, and law at Emory University, UCC Cork, and Temple University Tokyo.  When he's not working, you can find Austin cave diving, playing with his dog, or working on open source software projects.

Renfroeに15年間在籍し、ITマネージャー、法律顧問、副社長、臨時社長などの役職を歴任。2022年に最高経営責任者に就任した。
RENFROEでの仕事に加え、過去20年間、ソフトウェア、新興企業、法律業界でスキルを磨いてきた。また、テキサス大学マコームズ・グローバル・ビジネス・センターの理事を務め、複数事業の立ち上げ経験もある。テキサス大学でコンピュータ工学の学士号と数学の学士号を取得。エモリー大学で法学博士号を取得（専門は知的財産法）し、アイルランドと日本で国際法を学んだ。
