Jake has guided some of the world's largest insurers through digital transformations, streamlining processes and driving innovation. He oversees Appian's global insurance business, working with industry leaders to implement key solutions like Appian Connected Underwriting and Connected Claims.

His prior experience includes senior roles at Farmers Insurance and serving as CIO of Aon National Flood Services. An MBA graduate from Baker University and an alumnus of Harvard Business School's Advanced Management Program, Jake is an active contributor to the InsurTech community. Appian's consistent industry recognition, such as its place in the 2024 InsurTech100, reflects its innovative contributions to insurance.
