Recent Projects:

  • Led an experience transformation program for a leading Indonesian telco—eliminating top complaints and simplifying 80+ customer journeys. Personalized the app and touchpoints, and integrated AI-driven contact center experiences, resulting in improved CSAT and a 41% reduction in complaints.
  • Optimized the CX and data tech stack for a leading Singapore enterprise, unlocking operational efficiencies and driving revenue growth.

Jayesh has implemented Customer 360 platforms across sales and service teams on multiple cloud environments to enhance engagement and bring a data-driven approach to contact center transformation. He has also advised insurtech and fintech firms on data strategy to support personalized, compliant, and scalable experiences.

Previously, he was APAC Managing Director at InMobi, a leading martech firm, where he delivered personalized advertising experiences for all leading marketers.

Earlier, he led the ICT practice for Frost & Sullivan APAC, advising on communication and cloud technology trends and strategies.
