Kalai Natarajan is a pioneer in Life and Health insurance transformation. She started this journey in the payments industry, tracking and removing pain points in premium payments and money flows within the indusrry. Kalai moved to the Life Insurance sector, designing the health and wellness proposition, championing preventative healthcare management, early disease detection and intervention as well as chronic disease management, delivering a customer-facing wellness application. She moved on to establishing the Target Operating Model for a Life company, designing a hybrid distribution model and setting the scope for centralising customer data platforms and creating a replicable model for distribution transformation. Kalai is currently an independent consultant in the industry.
