1985年生まれの保険代理店2代目。幼少期の学習机が自宅兼事務所のオフィス内にあり、保険代理店の業務を垣間見てきた経験から、保険代理店の仕事は事故やトラブルで「困った人を助ける」ということに、加えて自事故やトラブルで「人が困らないようにする」リスクマネジメントをテーマに活動。現在、介護福祉業種に特化した保険代理店サービス「介護福祉総合保険ドットコム」を運営。専門分野は、現場支援賠償トラブル、クレーム対応、労働トラブル・ハラスメント、BCP対策。全国1,700事業所を超える福祉事業所のリスクマネジメントのアドバイザーを務める経験から、開催される実例に基づいた研修会も累計600回以上開催。障がい福祉・高齢者福祉・児童福祉を運営する社会福祉法人、NPO、株式会社など、法人役員・評議員・顧問を多数務め、施設運営における地域に目指した活動にも従事し、コンサルフィーをいただくビジネスを確立。現在は全国の介護福祉経営者向けにオンラインサロン「HIBIKIAI」を運営し、地域に根差した介護福祉事業所の運営をサポートしている。

Born in 1985, second-generation insurance agent. Having grown up with a study desk in the home office space, I gained firsthand insight into insurance agency work. My practice centers on risk management—not only helping those in trouble due to accidents or issues, but also preventing people from facing hardship through their own accidents or problems. Currently operates “Kaigo Fukushi Sogo Hoken Dot Com,” an insurance agency service specializing in the long-term care and welfare sector. Areas of expertise include on-site support for liability disputes, complaint handling, labor disputes/harassment, and BCP (Business Continuity Plan) measures. Drawing from experience advising over 1,700 welfare facilities nationwide on risk management, has conducted over 600 practical case-based training sessions. Serves as a corporate officer, council member, or advisor for numerous social welfare corporations, NPOs, and corporations operating disability welfare, elderly welfare, and child welfare services. Engages in community-focused activities within facility operations and has established a business model charging consulting fees. Currently operates the online salon “HIBIKIAI” for care welfare managers nationwide, supporting the operation of community-rooted care welfare facilities.
