Krishna joined MetLife Insurance K.K. in February 2019 as Executive Officer responsible for Technology Services. In March 2020, he took over as Head of Customer Care. Further from August 2021 he took over policy admin group.

As of Jan 1, 2024, Krishna has been appointed in the newly created role of AI Business Leader for Metlife Japan. In addition to being the Head of Customer Care and Policy Admin. In addition, from Dec 2024 Krishna took over additional responsibilities as Head of Business Process Re-Engineering,

Before joining MetLife Japan, Krishna has over 20 years of experience in global markets technology & operations. Most recently he was the Head of Global Operations at S&P Ratings in New York. Prior to working at S&P, he worked at General Electric, in charge of various technologies related to consumer and commercial finance.
